Mango vs Banana
Mango Side Mango is a very nutritious fruit. It is used in many ways. Why you should eat Mango is because it helps with your digestion system in your body. It adds a glow to the skin and contains a lot of Vitamin C and Vitamin A. Mango is used in many ways to make mango lassi, mango cake, ice cream, etc. Mangos give a lot of magnesium and potassium and fiber and antioxidants. Banana Side Bananas give a lot of Vitamin C, fiber, potassium and antioxidants and phytonutrients. We can use Bananas in many ways like Banana Bread, ice cream, banana chips, banana pancakes, etc. Surely everyone’s favorite is banana split, it’s a yummy ice cream. Mango split doesn’t sound as good in my opinion. Bananas contain a lot of nutrients and they can help with weight loss. Bananas help you feel full. It also provides Vitamin A.
