Should Kids Vote?

Let me ask you a question. Why can’t kids vote? It doesn’t seem fair that adults think kids need help on every big decision they make. I don’t even think some adults even let kids handle big decisions. Why are kids little to do everything? If adults can turn in their ideas and their choices, why can’t kids? Why can’t kids do anything? I think that everyone should have a choice to do something. I want you to walk up to the mayor’s office and tell him/her the reasons why kids should vote. If the mayor's impressed he will tell the governor. Then the vice president will hear this and then the president. But you can do that right after you hear my essay and 3 reasons why kids should vote. Here is my opinion: I believe kids should be able to vote. Kids can make big decisions. Why do adults think kids don’t know anything or how to make the right choices? I am gonna prove that everyone should have a voice and we become fair when it comes to voting! 1st reason - I think kids should have a...

The 5 Big Pigs

Once upon a time there was a mother pig who had 5 children. She had a very easy life. Her children were very helpful. When it was time for her children to go to college she was so sad.  She said Bye to her children and they left. They went to New York City.  They bought a house. The first pig did not like wasting his money at all so he bought a house that cost 150$. The second pig searched for a house and bought a small house for 200$. The third pig thought I will stay in a hotel until I find a house I like. Then the fourth pig thought I don’t want to get a house. I will go and stay with my mother so he went back to his mother’s house. His mother was so happy to see him but as soon as he went to the house, he was about to sneeze so he picked up a tissue. When he was done he threw the tissue on to the floor and went away to take a long relaxing quiet nap. His mother was shocked. She said what happened to your behavior. The fifth pig did not care how much money he spent. All he ...

I was drawing a picture of a landscape, I added a bit of blending sky, birds in the sky and some animals. “How’s your painting coming Ashley”? I ask my best friend “Why don’t you have a look”. Answers Ashley. I go over to her table and drop my brush, her painting looks so realistic, she painted Abraham Lincoln in black and white paint. I go from the 1st row to the last and stare at realistic paintings. Here are some paintings I saw, Stone Park, The Blend River and other stuff. Jean Paul walks over to my painting and yells “Everyone come look at the silly painting Addison drew”! Everyone goes to my painting and starts giggling and whispering. I want to yell back at Jean Paul but I just keep quiet. Even Ashley makes some hurtful comments to my painting. I walk over to the other side of the room and sit at a desk. I put my head down and ...
